HeyNoyTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of HeyNoy ("the app"), operated by ARSEN ARSENYAN, S/O BAREGAM, Private Entrepreneur (P/E), Republic of Armenia, TIN 77137393 ("we").
1. The service
The app helps you manage your own Instagram professional account: publish content, read and answer messages and comments, and view statistics. The app is currently in private beta and may change or be unavailable at times.
2. Your account
- You may connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and the replies you send through the app.
- You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and applicable law, including rules on advertising and messaging.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to send spam, to contact people who have not interacted with your account, to collect data about other users, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Instagram and Meta
The app uses the official Instagram API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Fees
During the private beta the app is provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, prices and conditions will be shown before you subscribe.
6. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting it in Instagram settings and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by Instagram or other third-party services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
