HeyNoyPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what data HeyNoy ("the app", "we") collects, why, and how you can control it. The app is operated by ARSEN ARSENYAN, S/O BAREGAM, Private Entrepreneur (P/E), Republic of Armenia, TIN 77137393 (the "operator"). Contact details are at the end of this page.
1. Data we collect
We collect data only after you connect an account and grant permissions through the platform's official login. Today HeyNoy connects Instagram professional accounts; TikTok and YouTube are in development, and this policy will be updated before they are offered. For Instagram, depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Basic account information: Instagram user ID, username, account name, profile picture.
- Your media: posts, captions and media you publish through the app or choose to manage in it.
- Messages and comments: Direct messages and comments sent to your account, and the replies you send, so you can read and answer them in the app.
- Insights: basic statistics for your account and posts.
- An access token issued by Instagram, which lets the app act on your behalf.
We do not collect your Instagram password. We do not buy data about you from third parties.
2. How we use data
- To publish content you ask the app to publish.
- To show you messages and comments and send the replies you approve.
- To prepare suggested reply drafts. Suggested drafts may be produced by an AI service provider acting on our instructions; drafts are shown to you and are not used to train public models by us.
- To show you statistics about your account.
- To keep the service secure and fix errors.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use data received from Instagram for advertising or for any purpose other than the ones listed above.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (server hosting and AI text processing), under contracts that limit use to providing the service, or when required by law. Data you publish to Instagram becomes subject to Instagram's own policies.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We keep your data while your account is connected. When you disconnect the app or request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw permissions at any time in Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and websites). See Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Children
The app is intended for businesses and is not directed to persons under 18.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
