Questions
What is HeyNoy?
A web app that gathers Direct messages and comments from your social accounts into one inbox, lets AI agents draft or send replies by your rules, publishes your posts on schedule and shows the results.
Which platforms does it work with?
Instagram professional accounts, in private beta now. TikTok and YouTube are in development and will be added once their official access is approved.
Does it send anything without me?
Only what you allow. By default every reply waits for your approval. You can let the agent answer questions you have already answered before. It never writes first to people who have not contacted you.
What access does it ask for?
Through the official Instagram login it asks to read your profile, read and answer messages and comments, publish content and read statistics. You see each permission before you agree.
How do I disconnect and delete my data?
Remove HeyNoy in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites, or write to us. We delete your data within 30 days. Steps are on the data deletion page.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in the European Union, with access tokens stored encrypted. Details are in the privacy policy.
