How to delete your data

You can remove the app's access and have all your data deleted at any time.

Option 1. Remove the app in Instagram

Open Instagram and go to your profile.
Open Settings → Apps and websites.
Find HeyNoy under Active and tap Remove.

When the app is removed, Instagram notifies us and we delete the data we hold about your account within 30 days.

Option 2. Ask us directly

Send an email to hello@heynoy.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your Instagram username. We will confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted: your account information, access tokens, stored messages and comments, drafts and statistics. Content you already published on Instagram stays on Instagram; you can delete it there.
